Shipping Policy

Domestic 

For our domestic clients in Switzerland, we strive to provide the best experience possible. That's why we offer complimentary domestic shipping on all orders. Additionally, upon request, we provide personalized delivery services to ensure convenience and satisfaction. 

All shipments are sent via insured priority delivery. Adult signature is required upon delivery. Our insurance coverage on the piece ceases once the package has been signed for. Noradee is not liable for lost shipments once tracking has dictated the package has been delivered. 

If we are shipping domestically to a hotel, transit insurance coverage ceases once the package has been delivered and signed for by the hotel’s reception. Noradee is not liable for any lost or misplaced packages once the hotel accepts and signs. 

Noradee is not responsible for the delayed delivery of packages due to the client not being available to sign for the package upon arrival, or due to any technical issues within the shipping carrier, or due to any weather circumstances. 

We are unable to ship to PO boxes.

Personal Hotel Delivery in Switzerland: We Bring It to You

We offer shipping or personal delivery to your hotel upon request. Please note that for domestic shipments to hotels, transit insurance coverage ends once the package is delivered and signed for by the hotel reception. Noradee is not responsible for any lost or misplaced packages after the hotel accepts and signs for them. 

International 

We will ship any products ordered to the address provided at the time of purchase. We are pleased to offer complimentary insured international shipping on all orders. Please note, however, that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

All applicable import duties, VAT, taxes, tariffs, handling fees, customs charges, brokerage fees, and similar costs that may be due upon delivery are the sole responsibility of the recipient. As these fees vary by destination and are determined by local authorities, we are unable to estimate them in advance. We kindly recommend checking with your country’s customs office for more information prior to placing your order.

International orders may require additional processing time before shipment, particularly if items need to be consolidated at a central location. Please also allow for additional transit time depending on your destination.

In the rare event that a shipment is held or seized by customs officials, Noradee is unable to issue a refund unless all products are returned to us in their original condition. Fortunately, most shipments clear customs without issue, and those that are returned to us typically arrive back automatically. Please be aware that you may be responsible for any return shipping charges, in accordance with your local regulations.
